Wifi is provided free of charge.  Please use the internet responsibly and ensure that illegal material is not viewed or downloaded using our wi-fi. Should our Wifi not be working, please contact us via email and we will look into it ASAP.

TV.  The TV is a SMART TV and you can use it to log into any of your favourite streaming services. Don't forget to log out before you check out!

Boot Room  We have secure storage room in our basement, which is a perfect place to store bikes, kayaks and muddy boots.  The Boot Room is accessed via a set of stairs close to the rear door into the Garden.  Usage is on a first come, first served basis.  Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any damage to your items.

Heating & Hot Water  The heating schedule is set so each Apartment is heated to a comfortable temperature.  You can increase the heat in your Apartment by adjusting the radiators.  Kindly turn off the radiators prior to departure.  

Our Secret Garden is one of Lonsdale House's most special areas.  Featuring a castle folly wall which (we think) dates back to the early 1800's, and some beautiful plants and shrubs, it is a perfect place to unwind and relax.  Access is via the rear door.  Please make sure that you lock the door when you return into the main property.

Pets  

We are dog-friendly! We offer two designated pet-friendly Apartments on the Ground Floor, perfect for you and your 4-legged companions.  (Please note, we are only able to accommodate dogs in our designated dog friendly Apartments, and these must be confirmed by ourselves prior to arrival.  There is a £10 cleaning fee per night.  We kindly ask that owners respect our other guests by keeping noise and disturbances to a minimum.
