Lonsdale House Luxury Apartments: Terms & Conditions
o Apartments are available for occupation from 3pm on the day of arrival.
o Properties must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure and the key left in the key safe provided. There will be a £20 charge for any lost apartment keys.
o Parking for the apartments is in the Pay and Display car park opposite the property at an additional charge. Unfortunately, there is no parking onsite.
o The person making the booking must be over the age of 18.
o The number of guests is restricted to the number of beds appropriate to each apartment, plus one additional person who can access a Sofa Bed. Apart from a baby in a cot, no additional guests can be permitted.
o Smoking is strictly prohibited in any enclosed areas inside the property. A charge of £100 will be made for any additional cleaning resulting from these rules not being observed.
o Full payment is required two weeks before the arrival date. Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
o Bed linen, towels, heating, electricity and WiFi access are provided free of charge.
o Apartments will be cleaned prior to arrival. Daily or additional cleaning can be requested in advance for an additional fee.
o Should the booking have to be cancelled for any reason, notification should be made immediately in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:
- Free of charge if more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date.
- If the booking is cancelled two weeks or less prior to the arrival date, no refund will be made. It is advisable to take out your own holiday insurance.
o All rentals are subject to availability, and Lonsdale House reserves the right to re-allocate to a similar or upgraded apartment as necessary in case of emergency maintenance.
o Guests are expected to use the apartments with care, and will be liable for any loss, breakages or damage to a property or contents, as well as any resultant additional cleaning. The Company reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage discovered after departure.
o Dogs are accepted in our allocated Pet Friendly rooms. Please ensure this is confirmed by our staff prior to your arrival. No other animals are permitted at Lonsdale House.
o Lonsdale House reserves the right to refuse to accept any booking and reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if any of the above terms and conditions is not observed.
