Cleaning & Maintenance.  Each Apartment is professionally cleaned prior to each booking, and again once guests check out.  We do not generally offer cleaning services whilst you are staying at Lonsdale House, as most of our guests prefer to have privacy, but this can be provided for a small fee. 

For guests staying with us for 3 days or longer we are happy to provide an additional housekeeping service, if requested.

If there are any issues with cleanliness or general maintenance issues please let our Housekeeper know on the day of arrival via email

In addition to contacting our Housekeeper for immediate assistance, can you let us know of any issues via so that we can keep a log of them and ensure that they get sorted in a timely manner. Thanks
